David Evans and Associates is currently seeking a Project Manager focused on Change Management/Organizational Development to join our project team for our client based in Portland, OR.? The primary focus of this role is to develop an integrated change management program to support the implementation of business improvement initiatives led by Corporate Strategy. At a minimum, this will involve defining deliverables, training project teams on the change management approach and coaching stakeholders on change management activities.? BPA has chosen Prosci?s change management methodology as the foundation for all change management activities at BPA and the Prosci tools and methodology will serve as the framework and building blocks for the integrated change management program to be developed.

Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:

??????????? Support change management lead in defining change objectives, schedule, and implementation strategy for the overall program

??????????? Develop a functional change management program for BPA?s Operational Excellence program.? Activities include:

???????????? Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to include mobilizing and/or providing training on organizational change management. Responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of curriculum tailored to different stakeholder groups including senior leadership, managers, teams and change management practitioners.

???????????? Design, maintain and improve change management toolkits (e.g., deliverables, templates, techniques) that are simple, effective and designed for different audiences. Align change management strategies, plans and tools with BPA?s Human Capital Management strategy.

???????????? Use influence to promote sound change management methodology and serve as a change management resource and subject matter expert to BPA leadership and project teams.

???????????? Use Prosci methodology as well as new data sources (as appropriate) to assess change saturation within the Agency and make appropriate recommendations to project teams and leaders.

???????????? Coordinate with project teams and leaders to promote effective change leadership and strategic communications across BPA by serving as a consultant/coach to leadership, fostering a community of practice, and/or other awareness and equipping activities.

???????????? Collaboratively implement effective portfolio governance practices with active participation from leadership.? Seek feedback from the project leads regarding needs, pacing, or clarity of changes underway.

???????????? Collaborate to create and implement a comprehensive communication strategy.? Supervise and coach project change leads to ensure quality deliverables on a wide range of communication mediums and topics.

???????????? Provide content management guidance for program and project level SharePoint sites.
