Explosive attack on Kenya church kills 1 child

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) ? The acting police chief in Kenya's capital says an explosive device set off in a Sunday school class killed one child and seriously wounded three.

Moses Ombati said he suspects sympathizers with the Somali militant group al-Shabab were behind the attack at an Anglican church in Nairobi.

Kenya has seen a series of attacks on churches ever since Kenyan forces moved into Somalia to fight al-Shabab last year. Kenyan forces kicked the rebels out of their last stronghold, Kismayo, on Friday.

Grenades are often used in the attacks; Ombati is describing the cause of Sunday's attack as an explosive device.

One church member, Julius Macharia Maina, brought four children to the hospital. One child's head was cut open; the others had bruises. Maina described the attack "emotional and very scary."

Chinese hackers attack White House office in charge of nuclear launch codes

TRIPOLI/BENGHAZI, Libya (Reuters) - Hundreds of Libyans handed in weapons left over from last year's war on Saturday, part of a drive by the North African country to rid its streets of arms and crack down on rogue militia groups. As the day went on, a trickle of people turned into longer lines in Tripoli and in the eastern city of Benghazi, where tents were set up in squares for military officials to collect arms, explosives and even rocket propelled grenade launchers. ...

Fan bites Danny Bonaduce at Wash. state casino

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) ? Former child TV star Danny Bonaduce says a crazed fan bit him during an event at a Washington state casino.

The former "Partridge Family" actor tells The News Tribune of Tacoma (http://is.gd/u3wfjM ) the woman asked him if she could kiss him and then sank her teeth into his cheek for about a minute until others pulled her off.

Bonaduce, who works these days as a radio DJ in Seattle, said the woman was taken into custody Friday, but he doesn't plan to press charges.

His face had a bright red mark a day later, when he said what he was thinking during the attack, "Bath salts," he said, referencing a designer drug linked to bizarre and violent behavior in users.

Bonaduce's wife, Amy, says her husband was treated with antibiotics.

Violation of Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle

Actually, it's the equivalent of finding socks in the dark. If two photons are produced by an interaction of spin zero then the two photons will have spin up and spin down, although you can't know which is which without measuring one. What you DO know is that they have opposite spin, so by measuring one you instantly receive information about the other, however far away it is. There are several "pairs" of information which each particle/photon can have, such as momentum/location, the more accurately you measure one the less accurately you know the other, what these guys are proposing (as far as I can tell, it's at the limit of my understanding) is that they can use entanglement properties to discover information beyond Heisenberg's original limit.
